Moot point 200

Standard rear spoilers start to provide meaningful down force in the 120+ MPH area. The majority of 240's can not achieve the speeds necessary to take advantage of the rear spoiler oparating range. Unless you plan to use one of those 4 foot "box kite" wings they use on the dirt track racers, or drive at felonious speeds, you won't even know it is there, except for the gas milage hit.
The vast majority of spoilers you see on cars are, in fact, useless.
Turbo 911's, Mustang Cobra SVT, Corvette ZR1, AMG Hammer, M5, NASCAR, F1, CART: are cars that can go 160 MPH with ease, That is what spoilers were made for.
All a spoiler will do for most, (99.99999....%), cars is provide a little drag.
Buy a set of sway bars instead, that will be money spent you will notice.
