Minor turbo overhaul? 700

Having read here that the turbocharger oil return pipe should be kept clean, I sent for its gasket to inspect and clean as needed. Instead, I received a set of turbocharger gaskets, O-rings and washers for a few dollars. Should I take the turbocharger apart for a more complete cleaning? If so, please tell me what I should do, what other parts I will need and how to proceed. If not, please tell me how to take out and clean that oil return pipe alone. Best regards.
