flame trap location? 200 1979

When you take the small thick hose off (not the side that attaches to the valve cover, but the other side, you should be able to see the flametrap, it will be on the side that the thick hose attaches to (does that make sense?). It is seated IN a small plastic assembly thing (sorry not official terms here). It will be right there in fornt when you look into the plastic assembly. Very obvious. If you don't have one, then you should be getting one asap. They are very easy to install (as opposed to 80s bricks which are suppose to be very difficult), and cheap. If it will make it easier for you, I can take a digital pic of mine in place so you can see it better if that helps.
