List of latest symptoms 700 1990

From where my oil is leaking from up front it is obvouisly the front seals. However, the leak from the rear is a little more tricky. It appears that the rear oil leak is coming from the right (passenger side) of the transmission and it leaks a lot right after the car is parked and turned off from a drive, then very little oil leaks out over time, this is unlike the front leak that is a constant slow leak(PO had neglected the PCV valve). Also the transmission has been acting funny as if the output shaft bushing is worn (deduced from FAQ information). Has anyone run into these set of circumstances (perhaps all related) and is willing to enlighten me as to the likely cause of the leaking oil?
