Help Identifying Replacement 240 Engine 200

Andy -

It's been years since I did anything with that 1979 245DL. I think it had the CIS system, with the flattop intake manifold suitable for cooking hamburgers on.

Running for a minute sounds like it runs with the fuel pumped in while starting, and when that's gone it quits. Can you jump something to get the fuel pumps to run longer? Also, I recall that the fuel return system made the gas tank have positive pressure. Does yours?

Good Luck,

Bob
