Make sure you are typing everything EXACTLY as it is in the note sent to you.
The userid and password are case sensitive so make sure you are not typing the information in CAPS when it should be in lower case. I use two different computers and have no problems logging in on either system. Also make sure you don't add any blank spaces at the beginning or end of the userid/password when you type it in the fields.
