Changing radiator, should I change water pump too? 700 1992

Varying opinions on this one I'm sure, but if it was mine:

If the waterpump was low mileage (20,000) and showing no leakage I would probably leave it alone. If it had high mileage I'd change it.

How many miles on your timing belt, seals, and tensioner? This would be the perfect time to go ahead and change those as well as the drive belts. If you were inclined to do everything at once (including a new waterpump) you would be good to go for another 50,000 miles.
