nivomat change out 900

Thank you in advance for your help. I will be changeing out my nivomats on the '94 960 sedan. This car has I.R.S. A couple of questions are:
1) Will I need any special tools, i.e. other than jacks, stands, standard wrench types, in order to get the old units out? Any special tools required to get into a tight space?
2) How difficult was it to get the bolts off? Does it require any heat or an impact wrench?
