trailing arm bushings 700

my drivers side trailing arm bushing (the bushing at the front of the arm with 3 bolts)is squeaking alot lately. i got some new ones to replace them and thought id ask to see if anyone has done this before. do they press into anything or are they sandwiched between the arm and the chassis? is it quick and easy to do or not? any info appreciated.
