Where does a stock boost guage read? Also where is the oxygen sensor?93 940t 900 1993

This is a 1993 940 turbo wagon.Mine factory boost gauge reads at the 1/4 level when engine is not accelerating.Dips even futher when deaccelerating. It then seems to boost past the 1/2 or straight up position when stepping on it that part seems normal. I could have clogged cat. converter would that cause it to read low? I need to get it to stock before kicking it up a notch.

Also: Can not locate the O2 sensor. It is not in the Cat. or the down pipe from the turbo to the Cat. Where is the darn thing?

Thank you, Eric
