Does my 91 240 have ABS? there is a light in instrument cluster but it's out 200

Just wondering since I just noticed that the indicator exists its only that I've never noticed it because since buying the car last year, the bulb has been out. I know I have SRS but that bulb is out TOO!

I've always thought my insurance company was incorrecet when they list my car as having ABS from whatever info they got from the VIN.

Also, How do I change those bulbs in the instrument panel.
