Water in tail lights 700 1989

While I like #3 (goldfish), I don't think that DOT would appreciate it. Plus, there's the whole feeding them and changing the water and taking them out when it freezes and stuff...

#2 (drilling holes) has worked fine on more than one of my Volvos. No problems with freezing H2O because if you drill in the right places, it won't accumulate.
