Fluid levels- Manual Tranny and Rear End 200 1985

I would like to check the fluid levels of the Manual Transmission (4 speed plus overdrive) and the rear end on my 85 240. How do I go about doing so (I assume there are drain and fill plugs, when it runs out of the fill its full but where are the plugs)
