Replacing oil return line for 940 Turbo 900 1992

Hi all,
I have a 92' 940 Turbo and it has been leaking oil. I recently had it checked by a mechanic and he verified that the oil return hose was bad on it and needed to be replaced.
I would like to do the replacement myself. Can the turbo's oil return hose & gasket be replaced without taking it into a shop? I have enough tools in my garage; is this job too big/extensive to do in my own garage?
Thanks for the prior suggestions on my previous related post. I would greatly appreciate any further help you all can provide.
Sincerely,

Josh
