Scott-
I've been converting a '65 122 with a B21 engine (with a single barrel carb I got from Canada->a 240 carb engine) and a M41 tranny (-> engine/tranny mounts right up->need to use a oil pump/oil pan from a B20 which mounts right up -> this is needed to solve the slant issue). Almost done, she was running this summer. I need to have a custom radiator made.
Someone sent me some pictures of a B21F/M46 he put into a 1800. Email me and I'll send them to you. They look great and might give you some ideas!
Also, a guy in Canada claims to have a video of a B21 conversion on a 1800 ($25). I tried for over two years to get it from him, but gave up after I realized I spent over $150 in phone calls, and all I got from him was that he would have it next week. You might have better luck. The guy is Nick at Allvo 1-604-434-0767.
My suggestion is to go with a B23/M46 conversion. I think it would take less modification with engine components than a B21/M41 conversion. I did mine so I wouldn't have to modify the tranny tunnel area of my 122(->to keep it as original as possible).
Email me, and I'll give you my take on it.
