Will B21F head work on B21FT? 200 1983

The odessey with my '83 244ti continues.. I'm needing yet another head for the car as it appears as if the previously deemed 'good' replacement head is actually in much worse shape than the cracked original. I'm wondering, is it possible to use a B21F head on a B21FT engine? To my knowledge the only difference is the hardened exhaust valve seats in the FT. If I were to swap my sodium filled exhaust valves into the B21F head, would it cause wear problems, burned valves, etc? If the valve seats are absolutely necessary, how hard is it to remove/install them? Thanks for any help you can give.
