Problem with Accessory Gauge Install???? 200 1987

Hi All,

This weekend I ventured into the electrical realm and wired in a small clock and voltmeter for my 1987 240DL. However after all the splicing and dicing the light for my clock does not work. At some point it was working but now it doesn't. I've checked and rechecked my wiring job and I can't seem to find the problem. I basically spliced the grounds and light sources from the voltmeter into the mini-harness ground and light power lead going from the back of the clock to the tach. Can anybody offer any suggestions??

Thanks!
