Is oil suppose to be here? 900 1991

I just bought a 91 940T, with 138,000 on it. All the books and records, even down to the freaking volvo oil filter!! I was lookin around under the hood today and I took off the intake hose that goes into the intercooler and I noticed that there was a light coat of oil in this hose, there was also the same thing on the hose that goes into the intake manifold. This is my first Turbo and I was wondering is this normal or is it time for a new turbo? I dont get any type of smoke outta the exhaust when the turbo's under boost. Ohh well tell me what deal is! THanks in advance-Joey
