Replacing oil return line for 940 Turbo 900 1992

As Steve wrote, go to the 700/900 FAQ. I have done this several times. On your car the turbo oil drain pipe is bolted to the turbo with two metric allen head bolts. They might be 6mm, but I am not sure. You will have to disconnect the wastegate actuator rod to push the tube away from the engine and remove. Then just replace the o-ring at the bottomm and the gasket at the top. One of our cars had a leak from the turbo drain line last year. The tube was cracked at the lower bend, so remember to take a close look at the drain tube fro cracks at the bends.
