Electrical gremlin? 200 1982

Suggestions needed. I have a 1982 Turbo Coupe that I purchased new and have been the only person to ever work on it. Recently I installed a B23 intake manifold assembly w/throttle body and various newer plumbing. I also repaired various small rust holes in preparation for painting(20 years its original paint suddenly crapped out)!! I also rebuilt my turbo w/a center section and also added a new 3 row radiator with junk yard electric fan. Now its finally running (nice improvement w/14 #s boost) but I don't have a working fuel or temperature gauge. It worked perfectly before all the improvements. If I unplug the temp sender it doesn't peg the gauge. Any suggestions where to look first? Thanks Gary
