Car will not restart when hot 700

The problem is with a 1990 760 ti., B230FT. The car will not start after a short stop in the video store, 7-11, etc. It takes 10 or 15 minutes of waiting,sometimes more, before it will start again. I don't know if it is a fuel problem or a spark problem. It happens intermittently. As if hotsoak of some component is taking place. Does anyone have an idea as to what is going wrong? Rest fuel pressure, no spark, I don't know. Any ideas will help.
