Foglight Questions 200 1989

I have my foglight kit from IPD out. I connected all of the wires except for the one that is supposed to be spliced into the wiring to the headlights. There are 3 wires on the connector going to the bulb. The box on the foglights says to splice into the positive wire. What color is the positive wire?
