Stuck on a bushing; any suggestions? 700

I'm trying to install some polyurethane bushings for my front suspension control arm stay. I bought them from IPD, and I'm stuck on the install. I got the not off the bolt, but I can't get the bolt out of the rear bushing where the control arm attaches to a flange-like bracket under the car ("B" on the instructions). IPD suggested I try to knock it out w/a hammer. I spent about an hour doing so after spraying w/ liquid wrench, but it won't come, though it will move clockwise/counterclockwise about 1/4 turn each way using the breaker bar. Any suggestions about bolt removal would be greatly appreciated. I checke FAQ. Seems to be about what IPD told me. Thanks!
