Reusable head gasket? 200 1983

Alrighty peeps, it seems that yet again I'm doing a head gasket job in the turbo car. If I need to buy a new one, this will be the third head gasket on this job alone. I think the head is bad, as lots of water was getting sucked into the engine while I had it running briefly. The gasket doesn't look compressed however, not like the original blown one I took out. With that gasket, there are definite raised parts where the coolant passage holes are, indicating that the rest of the gasket was compressed. I used Elring gaskets for replacements. Can I reuse these?

Also, I noticed in two turbo cars that the original head gasket has only a small hole for the coolant passage on the driver side of the #4 cylinder, but the Elring replacement gasket has a large hole for that coolant passage. Could this have anything to do with my coolant going into the chamber problem? Thanks for any help you have to give.
