Priority list for Hot rodding a 940T 900

Have you seen the boost controller Turbo City sells? $45.00 or so.

In what order of priority would you put these enhancements:

A. Adjustable cam gear + vx3 grind cam shaft 340.00
B. High volume fuel pump 300.00
C. Rising rate fuel pressure regulator 190.00
D. Big bore throttle body 150.00
E. Torque converter 275.00
F. ignition wires 80.00
G. 3" exhuast with cat. 750.00
or GG. 2.5" exhaust cat back 380.00
H. suspension upgrades Panhard rod for rear axle 210.00
I. Dawes device or unit from Turbo City
