Volvo 86 244 will not start 200

Hi,
I don't get power to the fuel or main relay (don't hear the relay on or any pump buzzing). Did the manual test (ECU test suggested in Bentley manual) and the pumps sound OK. Replaced ECU (xxxx 544) and the white relay next to it with 6 spade connectors (main relay?). I can't find the #99 in prints, Fuel Pump Relay. I think the white relay next to the 544 ECU is the Main Relay, #217.
Any suggestions, please?
Any way I could get a detailed Volvo shop copy of the wiring for this car? I need to trace the wiring and locate relays. I have spark at the spark plugs. No fuel.
