Rear wiper on wrong 700 1991

On the front wipers, there is a little metal hinge flap type of thing at the bottom of the wiper. When you flip it up (need a screwdriver usually), there's a nut there. Loosen the nut, and readjust the wiper to the proper starting position, and retighten it. Close up the flap.

I'm not sure if the rear is like that, but good luck. :-)
