Oil in my intake......bad flame trap?

This morning I noticed a bit of oil "drippage" coming from the intake tube thats connects to the MAF sensor of my 88 240. I then unclamped it only to see that there was oil settled in the ribs of the intake hose. Could this be from a bad flame trap? The car has been running like it has a bad injector and it seems to be getting worse. I have tried fuel injector cleaner and that helped a little but not much. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance folks.
