Thanks Everyone who posted 1987 760 TI is FIXED. SHE WILL RESTART NOW!!!! 700

It turned out to me the Hall Sensor I spoke with a local Volvo Mechanic friend of mine and he told me those are a reoccuring issue on 760 TI's for some reason. Anywho my brother and I Thank You All!!!!

I did read about hoe to switch a Hall Sensor but I figure its easier to just install another distributor. Luckily when my dad's wagon went for the new engine we saved the distributor off it and therefore we were able to use it.
