Timing belt change and simultaneous acc.beltsx3 cut/replace and water pump too? 700 1990

AT 80000 km=50 000 miles timing belt change at dealer approx 99US$
free labour to cut 3 belts but + cost of 3 Volvo belt=59US $
Total time in service bay = 45 min, wow. It would likely cost a novice like me 3-4 hrs?
front seals not replaced then but leaked at 100 000 kms so timing belt replaced free + new seals charged labour and parts.

Now at 160 000 km=100 000 miles
Should I change all= timing belt,3 acessory belts, front seals again(not leaking since replaced at 100 000 kms) and original 12 yr old water pump?(seems to be working)
Though the job would be cheaper if done all at same time?
