What's the noise made by a dying wiper motor? 200 1987

Hi Rob,

Noise may be coming from the bearing. This was the case with my son's 85 240. Water had entered the mechanism. This was not apparent from an external observation.
The bearing is common to other manufacturers and is not expensive...$4.50AUS. I would expect $2US. The size was 6000 something. Can't recall from memory but have particulars at home if needed.

Repair requires some fiddling around. Removing and replacing the bearing requires some bashing and creative thinking. A soldering iron is also required.
