torque on exhaust clamps? 700

my rear muffler just went. it got rusted through in the rear where the tail pipe meets.

i'm going to replace it myself because it seems rather straight forward. i'll be ordering:
(2) Bosal Exhaust Clamps 58mm - $4
(1) Bosal rear muffler $44.62
(1) Bosal tail pipe $15.83

Is that everything that I'll need or am I missing something? I'm positive that the leak is the rear muffler and everything to the rear of that. That being said, is it as straight forward as I believe? Undo current rusted clamps, yank muffler off the axle pipe, put new clamps in, and torque to spec? And also, what should I be torqueing the clamps to?

While I'm at it, should I be getting the Bosal stuff? I have a choice between Bosal and Starla. If Starla is a better brand, then I'll order it from FCPGroton instead.
