Best guess without seeing it.
Bad motor mounts.
Rich= either bad O2 sensor, or bad AMM, shut the car off, unplug the AMM, start car. Is it better? There's your trouble,Could also be the fuel pressure regulator, or the Thermal Temp sensor, for the LH system, under the 3rd intake runner. You should get yourself a manual, either a Haynes or Bentleys. Well worth the money.
