Changing the front seals on a B21FT.. 200 1985

In preparation for the big day, I'm leafing thru the Bentley trying to get a better idea of what tools I need to change everything out (timing belt, tensioner, three front seals, water pump, etc). For the three seals, the big blue book lists lots of special Volvo tools.

With the crank pulley, I can just leave the car in 4th (manual tranny) gear and use a breaker bar, right?

What about the cam sprocket and intermediate shaft pulley? Should I go for the special tool, or are there any better tricks to get those last two removed?
