Not sure if they deliver to Australia, but I imagine you could ask or have someone stateside buy it for you and ship it once you send them a check. Much better than any of the other options mentioned by folks in the previous posts. Don't get it used (not worth it) and don't buy from an overpriced shop or volvo.

improtec lists the FPR on an '88 700 at $38.71. thepartsbin lists it at $37.03. Prices all in US dollars.
