Volvo Event in Northern California

The Golden Gate Chapter of Volvo Club of America will hold their annual car show and swap meet on Sunday April 28th at the Davis Central Park Pavilion, 3rd and C Streets in downtown Davis. This will be the largest Volvo event in Northern California this year.

Admission is $5 per car, with an additional $5 if you wish to sell parts. Starts at 10AM.

Davis is near Sacramento on Highway 80. It is a great little college town. We take over the pavilion where they have their farmers market. It is covered and adjacent to a small park with a great playground. You can easily walk into town for lunch.

There will be prizes, raffles, awards for best cars in several categories, food, music and a chance to see lots of Volvos.

The following day, Monday, April 29, we have rented Thunderhill Raceway, about 70 miles north of Sacramento on I-5 for a high performance driving event. This event is completely sold out, but there is no charge for spectators.
