Wiring Harness Woes. 140-160

Me Again, New Subect.

The car's previous owner Installed some funky mileage calculator/computer from JC Whitney in the early 80's where the radio used to be. He then relocated most of hte cars wiring harness. There are lots of sensors and relays for the computer and I have no Idea WHAT they do. The original fuse block is now on the inner fender and I don't like it there. The computer has its own harness that has been hacked and spliced into the original harness, about 80 wires.

I want to get rid of this harness, but since so many little things have changed and I don't have a diagram of its wiring, I was thinking it might just be easier to buy a new wiring harness. Are there any places that sell these new, or do I have to wait for a 140 with decent wiring to show up at the junkyard?
Is the dealer likely to have them?
