245 Electric Tailgate Lock Not Working & Glue for Plastic Moulding at Bottom or Doors. 200 1992

Hello Folks:

After a busy weekend of yardwork, I noticed that my electric tailgate lock is not working. All the other door locks work properly when I lock and unlock the driver's door. I thought it might be the wiring harness, but the rear windshield wiper seems to work fine. Any advice before I go taking the tailgate panel apart? Possibly a fuse?

Also, a few of the plastic door mouldings that go along the outside bottom portion of the doors are starting to come off. What adhesive is best for sticking them back into place?
