rear 245 suspension rebuild, best way? 200 1983

Hi,
I have a 1983 245 GL with 151,400 miles on it. What I was wondering is what to do on the rear suspension. I will be going to college this fall to Wyoming and coming from Chicago. The wagon will be packed full of my crap (pc, TV, radio, etc) and I know it will sag a lot. What can I do keep the rear suspension "happy" and wouldt give me problems when I get out there? I know the trailing arm bushings have been replaced and I have a new set of rear wagon springs from Volvo on her already. And I am going to replace the rear shocks, what else can I do or need to do? Also what kind of shocks do you guys recomend? And I have been thinking of installing IPD sway bars, any thoughts about that would be great!
Thanks,
Jonathan
