Paint? 700

I have an '86 760T that can use paint on hood, roof and trunk lid. Sides are OK, but not great. There is also a bit or rust around the sunroof and where the roof meets the rear quarter panel. Should I have hood, roof and trunk lid, or entire car painted? Places like Maaco offer choice enamel or polyurethane paints with the clear coat "built in". Should I choose that enamel or polyurethane, or Volvo OEM paint and clear coat applied separately? Please, send all the advise you want because I certainly can use it.
