240 no start 200

87 240. Replaced timing belt, intake manifold gasket etc.... Started the car briefly after I got finished and called it a day. This morning it turns over but will not start. I hear a weird buzzing sound under the glove box when I turn the ignition on, but quickly stops (never heard it before). Anybody out there ever experience this? Thanks in advance for your response.
