Exhaust leak at manifold/front pipe 200 1987

Greetings-
I have a continuing leak between my Exhaust manifold and the front pipe (that extends down to the catalytic converter). I have replaced the gasket with aftermarket and factory parts, installed it with and without sealant, and finally replaced the front pipe itself on the advice of a muffler shop that suggested that the pipe's flange plate might be warped. This last repair has worked for about 3 weeks or so of daily driving before it started to leak again. The pipe I used was made by Scan-Tech and seems to be of decent quality.

This is making me nuts! Any thoughts fellow bricksters???

Thanks in Advance,
