Instrument Cluster Questions..... (Odo change, Tach/Clock Issue, etc...) 200 1982

So I found a 120mph speedo and tachometer-ified cluster with an odo that works (with the drill test....) and am wondering:

Since I have the little-clocky-on-the-side without the connector, can someone tell me what wires go where to the back of the tach to get the clock working normally?

Another thing is, can someone give me directions from having the instrument cluster assy to getting at the gears?

Thanks so much. Anyone need a spare set of 240 sedan 1979-84 passenger side style A (as seen on www.ipdusa.com) lenses?
