940 Turbo Wagon, normal to have no outside markings??? 900 1994

Hi all,
Wondering if I have a normal car or what. I have seen 940 Turbos with 940 Turbo marked on the tailgate, as well as the black eggcrate style grille in the front, The wife's new ride has neither. Is this normal? The only thing that says turbo on this car is the air cleaner cover, and of course the boost gauge. That's it. Thought it weird because normally its advertised on the outside as well. Also is timing cover disintegration normal on this vintage of B230. The thing is just crumbling everywhere, especially the back that has contact with the engine.
Thanks...
