Rear suspension 1989 245/ how to improve 200

Hi.

I do occasional hauling with my wagon. Camping stuff, maybe a small trailer with camping stuff, home remodel stuff. It sags a little with nothing in the back (then I start throwing emergency supplies in there).

========================

What's the best way to firm up and lift the rear?

Air Shocks??
The rubber bags that go in the springs??
New springs and shocks??
Other???

Thanks for your advise.

peace
