My 245 runs poorly after first starting up. 200 1987

Boardmembers,
My 245 has been running progressively worse and worse. It runs poorly when cold mostly, until it's warmed up then it runs o.k. but still not as good as it should. I have made sure that the pre-pump is running, and have changed the cap, rotor button, and plugs.It really seems to fall on it's face right after start up. I haven't cleaned the throttle body yet. That will be my next move.
Any suggestions?
