power steering pump 140-160 1974

Haven't done this swap myself.
Check the flow and pressure rating of both. From the 1974 140 manual: 950 psi (67 kp/cm^2) at warm idle, closed pressure gauge. Don't have the 240 manual with me right now.

You'll have to find brackets that'll bolt the pump correctly to the block (I'm not sure the original brackets will work), and check for correct fittings and hose lengths: The 140 definately has standard fittings while the 240 may well have metric fittings.
