PAG lubricant 3 flavors 900

Yes, that is a Diesel Kiki compressor. PAG 100 sounds right, readily available at places like Pep Boys and Western Auto. Zexel has a website in Japan with an English version. There is some interesting corporate information like Bosch is the major shareholder of Zexel-Valeo and car manufacturers that use their compressors, but I did not find much detail regarding service like at the Sanden site. One thing shown is that Zexel has operations in USA. Perhaps you could find them and contact if you wanted, but I think PAG 100 is right. You could still check with your A/C parts supplier since there are millions of Zexel (Diesel Kiki) compressors out there. Maybe I told you before, but if you do not have the Volvo manuals, an ALLDATA CD ($20 at places like KMart) for your car could help you with A/C service and other things because you get Volvo Technical Service Bulletins. If you are putting the evaporator in yourself or even if you are having it put in, be careful with the passenger air bag. Make sure all work is done only after the battery has been disconnected for a for minutes. TSB and the like will be useful. Best of luck.
