Anyone seed a repair sleeve for pinion flange? 700 1990

I have a 1990 740T with a leaking pinion seal.
I have replaced the seal once (about two years ago) and it is leaking again.

I'm going to replace the seal again (seals @$9 are MUCH less expensive than a new pinion flange at list $300) but it takes an hour to change the thing out and risks messing up the crush sleeve for pinion bearing preload or the pinion bearing itself.

Sooooo, I am interested in finding out if anyone knows of a repair sleeve that is slipped/cemented onto the pinion flange to repair/cover the groove worn in it by the seal? I've seen these sleeves for harmonic balancers (not necessarily for volvo) but not for pinion flanges.
