Basic Bushing Questions 700

I've never replaced a bushing, but my car clunks, when I go over slow-down bumps, so I think I need some bushings. I've read the FAQ.

OK, so, is a bushing a rubber part that cushions some joint?

Does anyone have a digital photo that has the bushings labled?

The strut rod bushing...is that at the bottom of the front shock absorber?

The tie rod bushing...is that on the tie rod or in between the ball joint and the tie rod?

What other bushings should I be concerned about? What are the locations?

What are the best type of replacement bushings and where do I get them?

Thanks,

Bob
